By accessing or using Credo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Credo provides a digital document sealing platform for licensed engineers, architects, and surveyors. Our services include document upload, digital seal application, verification, and storage.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate professional credential information.

User Content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your documents as necessary to provide our services.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

Credo's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
